GameTap Resolution

Finally, I got my money back. After about six months of back and fourth with the Better Business Bureau, I finally got my refund. I know most reasonable people would have given up . . . but it’s the principal of it all. I’m glad GameTap and I reached a resolution, but the circumstance and delay is just silly. If you chose to do business with this company . . . just accept that fact that once you pay them. . . that’s their money. . . and there’s no power on this earth that will convince them to have a telephone conversation with you. I suppose that’s why they are sporting a BBB Grade Letter F. Anyway, their choice to finally have mercy on me is a step in the right direction. Who knows what improvements they have in store for the future.
